Dr. Tricia has an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo with an Ergonomics specialty.
She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Postgraduate studies have included training in Pediatrics and pre and post-natal care, certification in Webster’s In-Utero Constraint Technique, training in Activator Methods Technique, Gait Analysis and Nutrition.
Anne-Marie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a warm, reflective space to explore emotions, make sense of lived experiences, and move toward greater clarity and healing. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood and self-esteem concerns, stress, trauma, and life transitions, including fertility, family building, and perinatal mental health.
Anne-Marie works from an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Her work is collaborative, values-aligned, and grounded in respect for each client’s autonomy, boundaries, and lived experience.
She offers a welcoming, affirming, and supportive environment for children (ages 10 and up), adolescents, and adults. Anne-Marie provides inclusive care for neurodiverse individuals and those living with disability or chronic health concerns, and brings specialized experience supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ clients and communities.
